Our services

3.5 Residential

Our ASAM Level 3.5 Clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential program provides a highly structured, 24-hour monitored living environment designed for individuals facing severe substance use disorders and co-occurring stabilization needs. Unlike lower levels of care, such as Level 3.1 or traditional outpatient settings, Level 3.5 is designed for individuals whose cognitive, emotional, or behavioral challenges require immediate, around-the-clock clinical support to prevent relapse and ensure physical safety. Our multi-disciplinary team uses intensive individual and group therapy, evidence-based behavioral interventions, and comprehensive case management to help residents build the emotional regulation and relapse prevention skills they need to transition safely into lower-level care and sustain long-term recovery.

3.1 Residential

Our ASAM Level 3.1 Clinically Managed Low-Intensity Residential program offers a supportive, structured transitional living environment for individuals who are stable in their early recovery but require a 24-hour substance-free setting to sustain it. While Level 3.5 provides high-intensity, round-the-clock clinical stabilization for severe behavioral challenges, Level 3.1 focuses on real-world reintegration, requiring a minimum of five hours of clinical services per week. This level of care is designed for individuals who have the cognitive and emotional stability to work, attend school, or participate in outpatient programs during the day, while returning to the safety of a monitored peer community at night to practice independent living, relapse prevention, and sustainable recovery skills.

“Clients are successful the longer that they are engaged in recovery. Longer treatment stays correlate with positive outcomes of lower relapse, lower overdose, and recidivism rates. There is a likelihood of a longer stay in treatment when services are delivered in a timely manner.
